Yes. You may authorise another person to collect your package on your behalf. The authorised person must be added through your Sendorah Xpress customer dashboard.

For security purposes, the authorised person must present a valid form of identification when collecting the package.

No. Customs duties, taxes and government fees are separate from shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Any applicable customs charges are determined by the Jamaica Customs Agency and must be paid before your shipment can be released.

Yes. Packages must be collected within 30 days of receiving your arrival notification. Packages remaining uncollected after this period will incur storage fees.

Simply send us the item link, product details and any required size, colour or specifications. Our team will calculate the total cost, including the item price and applicable service fees. Once payment is confirmed, we will purchase the item on your behalf using our company payment method.
